Drively Australia – Learner Driver Research Project (“Promoter”)

1. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of New South Wales, Australia aged 16 years and over.

Participants under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian consent to enter.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.


2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 9:00am (AEDT) on 20 March 2026 and closes at 5:00pm (AEDT) on 3 May 2026.


3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Complete either the Learner Driver Survey or Parent Survey via the QR code or link; and
  • Provide a valid email address at the end of the survey.

Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted.

Incomplete or duplicate entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.


4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • $200 worth of driving lessons or
  • A $200 gift card

The prize type will be determined at the Promoter’s discretion.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.


5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place at 5:00pm (AEDT) on 4 May 2026.


6. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email within 7 business days of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.


7. Use of Information (Privacy)

By entering, participants agree that:

  • Their information may be collected and used for research, marketing, and communication purposes by the Promoter; and
  • Their data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.


8. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and participants.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its control.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

  • Any technical issues, lost entries, or delays;
  • Any injury, loss, or damage suffered or incurred in connection with the promotion or prize.
